Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FlowBar AI, an AI model API gateway developed by Xiangyun Bar (享运吧). By creating an account, topping up, or using an API key, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

FlowBar AI provides a public OpenAI-compatible API gateway for supported chat, reasoning, image, video, and related AI model routes. The service includes account access, API key management, usage metering, USD balance billing, customer support, and public pricing information.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and API keys secure, and promptly contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for requests made with your credentials.

3. Pricing, top-ups, and billing

Model pricing is published on the Pricing page. Usage is billed from your prepaid USD balance according to the model route, token usage, generation unit, or duration shown for that route. Prices, upstream availability, and routes may change as model providers update their services. We will keep the public Pricing page current for normal customer review.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use FlowBar AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or high-risk activities. Prohibited use includes malware, credential theft, spam, platform abuse, evasion of safety systems, unauthorized scraping, or content that violates applicable laws or upstream provider policies.

5. Customer content and outputs

You are responsible for prompts, files, inputs, outputs, and applications submitted through your account. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use in business, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive contexts.

6. Availability and upstream services

FlowBar AI depends on networks, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, and upstream model providers. We work to provide reliable service, but model routes may be delayed, limited, unavailable, or changed without notice.

7. Refunds and balance issues

If a top-up or billing issue occurs, contact support@flowbarai.com with your account email, payment reference, and issue details. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, actual usage, provider costs already incurred, suspected abuse, and applicable payment network rules.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, chargeback risk, abuse, legal compliance, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
