1. Acceptance and operator
Welcome to FlowBar AI (the “Service”), operated by ZHANG CHUNYU, an individual operator conducting business under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“FlowBar AI,” “we,” or “us”). The Service is available at https://flowbarai.com and https://api.flowbarai.com.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, using an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to accept these Terms, agree to our Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description and digital delivery
FlowBar AI is an online AI model gateway and digital software service. It provides compatible API access, account and API-key management, usage metering, prepaid USD-denominated credits, model pricing information, and image, video, chat, reasoning, and related AI generation capabilities.
Access and credits are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. We use third-party AI model and infrastructure providers, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, ByteDance, MiniMax, and other providers shown on our pricing or model pages. Model availability, performance, and output may depend on those providers.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid billing email, protect passwords and API keys, and promptly notify support@flowbarai.com of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted with your credentials. If registering for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
4. Credits and recharge packages
The Service uses prepaid credits. Current packages, bonus rates, supported payment methods, and model prices appear at checkout and on the pricing page. Promotional bonus credits may be added according to the displayed recharge tier. Bonus credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except where a product feature expressly permits, and are not refundable.
Credits are deducted according to the model, tokens, generation count, media duration, resolution, or other metered unit displayed for the relevant model. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains active unless a different expiry is clearly disclosed before purchase.
5. Payment authorization and taxes
Each top-up is a separate, one-time transaction. By confirming checkout, you authorize FlowBar AI and its merchant-of-record and payment processor, Waffo Pancake, to charge the amount and currency displayed at checkout. FlowBar AI does not provide automatic recharge and does not initiate recurring card charges unless a separate feature is introduced and you expressly opt in.
Waffo Pancake handles payment-card data in accordance with its PCI-DSS obligations. Full card numbers are not stored on FlowBar AI servers. Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
6. Account closure and remaining credits
You may stop using the Service or request account closure through account settings where available or by emailing support. Following closure, access ends and remaining credits are retained for 90 days to permit resolution of eligible billing or refund requests. After that period, unused credits expire unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Refund policy
7.1 Eligible refunds
- Purchased credits that remain entirely unused may be refunded when requested within 7 days after purchase.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded after verification.
- A verified outage caused by us lasting more than 72 continuous hours may qualify for a proportional refund or service credit.
- Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7.2 Non-refundable items
- Any credit package from which credits have been consumed, except for a verified billing error.
- Promotional or bonus credits.
- Accounts terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, or a material breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules.
- Cryptocurrency payments once confirmed on-chain, except where required by law or where we verify an overpayment or processing error.
7.3 Request process
Email support@flowbarai.com with your account email, transaction ID, amount, and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide them within 5 business days. Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method by Waffo Pancake and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
8. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@flowbarai.com before filing a bank dispute. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve verified billing errors within 5 business days.
9. Inputs, outputs, model disclosure, and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party rights, you retain rights in your inputs and own the outputs generated for you to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process inputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and comply with law in relation to the Service. We do not use your private API inputs to train our own general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to content generated for others. Third-party model terms may apply. You must review outputs before relying on or publishing them.
9.1 Planned image-generation model disclosure
The SFO image and video creation interface is not currently available to users. Before any image feature is enabled, we plan to use only specifically disclosed, tested third-party models. Current candidates that have completed basic channel testing are Qwen/Qwen-Image, Tongyi-MAI/Z-Image-Turbo, Tongyi-MAI/Z-Image, and baidu/ERNIE-Image-Turbo. A model will not become user-accessible until its channel, billing, input/output safety controls, and failure handling pass release review. When launched, the exact enabled underlying model will be displayed in the model catalog, pricing page, and creation interface before use.
10. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our complete, binding Acceptable Use Policy applies to all prompts, inputs, API traffic, generated content, and future media features. You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not request, generate, upload, edit, distribute, or facilitate:
- sexual or NSFW content, including pornography, explicit nudity, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of any real person;
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child-unsafe content, including any sexualized depiction of a minor or a person who appears to be a minor, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers children;
- graphic violence or gore, including dismemberment, exposed organs, excessive blood, torture, glorification of serious injury, or instructions encouraging suicide or self-harm;
- hate, harassment, or extremism, including content that attacks protected groups, promotes violent extremist organizations, threatens, stalks, humiliates, or facilitates exploitation;
- deception and harmful falsehoods, including fraud, impersonation, fabricated evidence, coordinated misinformation, election manipulation, or deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead people about identity, origin, events, or authenticity;
- illegal or abusive cyber activity, including malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, unauthorized surveillance, cyberattack tools, evasion of security controls, or instructions designed to compromise systems;
- infringing content, including unauthorized use of copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, likeness, personal data, confidential information, or other third-party rights;
- regulated goods, human exploitation, unlawful gambling, weapons trafficking, or other illegal transactions;
- systematic scraping of model outputs, evasion of usage or safety limits, unauthorized resale, or use of inputs or outputs to train or distill a competing AI model; or
- AI output presented as professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice where doing so may cause harm, or any content that violates applicable law, payment-network rules, or an upstream provider policy.
10.1 Reporting, review, and enforcement
Anyone may report suspected prohibited content or misuse by emailing support@flowbarai.com with the subject “Abuse Report” and, where available, the relevant URL, account identifier, request ID, model name, timestamp, and a description of the concern. Do not redistribute illegal material in a report; provide only the minimum evidence needed to locate it. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
Reports and automated safety signals may be reviewed by authorized personnel. We may restrict generation, remove or block access to content, preserve necessary evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report matters to payment partners or lawful authorities where required. Child-safety reports receive priority. Affected users may appeal an enforcement decision through the same support address. We periodically review this AUP and our model-level safeguards as capabilities and risks change.
11. Data, privacy, and security
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Payment-card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers. Unless longer retention is legally required, account data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days after an approved closure request, while transaction and security records may be retained as stated in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or output accuracy. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice; verify it with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHANG CHUNYU and FlowBar AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, security risk, non-payment, chargeback abuse, illegal activity, provider requirements, or material breach. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, eligible unused purchased credits will be refunded proportionally. You may request account deletion at any time.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Before formal proceedings, contact us at support@flowbarai.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-service notice at least 14 days before taking effect, unless an urgent legal or security change requires earlier action. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us.
