What are the exact top-up bonus rates?

The bonus works in two ways: your account's very first successful top-up earns a one-time 30% bonus when the amount is between $5 and $80. A first top-up above $80, and every top-up after the first one, is matched against the amount ranges below. Bonus credit is added directly to your account balance and does not change per-unit pricing.
